What I’m looking for:
• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in clinical recruiting or staffing.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage talent beyond incoming applications.
• A consultative approach—someone who listens, asks thoughtful questions, and brings recommendations.
• Grit, resourcefulness, and consistent follow-through when a search gets challenging.
