Skills And Competencies
 

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or technology. Experience recruiting for sales roles with knowledge of sales functions and metrics is strongly preferred
  • Proven success in sourcing top-tier talent through multiple channels, including AI recruitment tools (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox, or similar)
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging analytics and industry trends to guide hiring decisions
  • Agility and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; curiosity and willingness to embrace emerging technologies, including agentic AI
  • Proven ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates, facilitate effective negotiations, and deliver clear, consistent communication to create a positive and collaborative hiring experience
