As a Talent Sourcer, you will develop and execute strategic global sourcing initiatives, perform high-volume targeted outreach, and build a strong candidate pipeline for complex, hard-to-fill positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the talent team, providing data-driven insights and refining strategies to ensure optimal conversion rates and effective candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for global technical and leadership roles.

• Conduct high-volume outreach with a targeted conversion rate of 20%+ on responses.

• Craft personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates effectively.

• Partner with hiring managers to refine search strategies based on feedback and market insights.

• Rapidly onboard new roles and develop an in-depth understanding of each position’s requirements.

• Analyze sourcing metrics and conversion rates to continuously optimize sourcing processes.

• Provide regular updates and actionable insights to hiring teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in US-based tech startups.

• Expertise in sourcing tools, market research, and outreach strategies.

• Strong data analysis skills to interpret sourcing metrics and refine strategies.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• High adaptability, resilience, and results-driven mindset.

Team & Work Culture:
TRM Labs operates as a fully remote, globally distributed team with a strong culture of structured alignment, clear communication, and proactive collaboration. Team members participate in weekly hiring syncs, sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings. A minimum of 4-hour overlap with PST business hours is required for real-time collaboration.
