Description:

The Gifted Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a vital role in the initial engagement and recruitment of top-tier healthcare clinicians, primarily nurses, to Gifted Healthcare’s application and hiring process. This position supports top recruiters by building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified clinicians tailored to various healthcare job openings.

As a remote-based specialist, you will leverage multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly skilled clinicians, conduct initial assessments, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn). You will foster strong clinician relationships, ensuring engagement throughout the recruitment process while exemplifying Gifted Healthcare’s core values of Diversity, Resilience, Compassion, Inclusivity, and Fun.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ diverse sourcing methods such as Staffing Engine, job boards, social media, direct outreach, and professional networks like LinkedIn and Indeed to find and convert qualified healthcare clinicians.

  • Support top recruiters in building and sustaining a pipeline of clinicians with the right skill sets, certifications, and experience.

  • Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific job requirements and customize sourcing efforts accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinician profiles in Bullhorn ATS, ensuring proper categorization and data integrity.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clinicians to maintain engagement through the recruitment and submission process.

  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service consistent with Gifted Healthcare’s values.


Success Metrics:

  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate documentation and tracking in ATS.

  • Highly organized in managing multiple sourcing channels and clinician pipelines.

  • Effective follow-up with clinicians to meet screening timelines and engagement protocols.

  • Efficient time management and prioritization to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

  • Full compliance with sourcing documentation and reporting standards.

  • Exceptional communication and professionalism with both recruiting teams and clinicians.

  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Position Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a nurse- and client-centered approach.

  • Strong interpersonal competence with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Effective time management skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.

  • Proficient in Bullhorn ATS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.

  • Experience with Staffing Engine preferred but not mandatory.
