Talent Sourcing Specialist

 

Description:

The Gifted Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the initial engagement of nurses into Gifted Healthcare’s application and recruitment process. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier healthcare clinicians for various job openings. The sourcing role will assist top-performing recruiters in building a robust talent pipeline.

 

This is a remote position and can be based in one of the following states: AL, FL, ID, IN, KS, KY, MS, UT, TX, TN, WI, SC, NC, OK, WV, ND

 

Primary Expectations and Objectives of a Talent Sourcing Specialist:

• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including Staffing Engine, job boards, social media, direct outreach, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), to identify and convert qualified healthcare clinicians and applicants.

• Assist top-performing recruiters in building and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare clinicians with the necessary skill sets, certifications, and experience for current and future job openings.

• Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate clinicians' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clients.

• Partner with assigned top recruiters to understand specific job requirements and tailor sourcing efforts to meet those needs.

• Maintain Bullhorn database of clinicians' profiles, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized.

• Build strong relationships with clinicians to keep them engaged throughout the Gifted submission process.

• Provide superb internal and external customer service and promote and exemplify Gifted Healthcare’s values - Diversity, Resilience, Compassion, Inclusivity and Fun.

 

Key Metrics for Success:

• Exhibit strong attention to detail, ensuring clinician information and background are accurately documented and tracked in the appropriate ATS.

• Demonstrated ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple sourcing

channels and clinicians, ensuring no details are overlooked.

• Ability to follow up effectively with clinicians through the applicant screening process, ensuring timelines and rules of engagement are met.

• Ability to handle tasks with a sense of urgency, prioritizing and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality or accuracy.

• Full compliance with sourcing/screening documentation and reporting requirements.

• Provide exceptional customer service to the assigned recruiting team and external clinicians, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times.

• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders,
