We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine interest in investing in themselves and their careers in the long run. The Role:

• General corporate tax consulting
• Tax return preparation
• Provision assistance, including carve-outs
• Research and transaction-specific analysis
• Tax structuring and post-merger integration
• Audit defense and controversy matters
• International taxation
• IRS and state audit matters
• IPO readiness and tax impacts of transactions

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field at the undergraduate level
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or actively working towards it
• A minimum of three years of pertinent technical and strategic tax experience gained at a Big 4 or a prominent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in macros and pivot tables
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as OneSource and CorpTax
• Exceptional analytical, technical, and research skills
