Tax Manager with a background in Corporate Tax work to join their team in Newport Beach, CA on a Hybrid Schedule. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for an experienced tax professional looking to oversee a portfolio of middle-market clients, lead complex tax engagements, and position themselves for future Partner or Managing Director consideration. This opportunity has a Direct path toward Partnership!!!

• Bonus Opportunity: Up to 20% (historically averaging approximately 12%)
• Exposure to clients ranging from $50M to $1B+ in revenue

Ideal Background:

• CPA required (or JD with an active law license)
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong Form 1120 corporate tax compliance experience
• ASC 740 tax provision experience, including review responsibilities
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements
