Description:

Gucci is seeking a Team Manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in-store. The role involves working closely with the sales team, executing strategies, providing real-time coaching, and developing staff to achieve business and product category goals. As a Gucci Ambassador, the Team Manager will uphold and promote Gucci's values, ensuring a superior client experience and supporting the growth of the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience:

    • Lead your team to deliver superior client service, ensuring each Client Advisor provides a hospitable, elevated experience.

    • Use clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition, capturing meaningful client data for future engagement.

    • Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to achieve goals and KPIs.

    • Support local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results.

    • Manage client flow and resolve service issues to enhance client relationships.

  • Leading People:

    • Provide ongoing support and feedback to Client Advisors, conducting performance conversations and setting action plans.

    • Actively engage in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

    • Lead cross-category sales to ensure the team can sell all products across floors.

    • Resolve employee relations matters and ensure adherence to company policies.

  • Sales Performance:

    • Monitor sales performance, propose action plans to reach targets, and provide feedback on products and stock.

    • Support training and development to ensure full product knowledge among team members.

    • Partner with Store Director and Merchandising team to drive sales and respond to market trends.

  • Running the House:

    • Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

    • Plan staffing schedules according to team capabilities and store traffic.

    • Oversee stock management and support store administration.

    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.


Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales management experience in luxury retail or service-related industries.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Passion for the fashion industry and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
