Kickback is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to spearhead the development of our platform for the secondary automotive parts and OEM market. As a key technical leader, you will bridge business goals with technical execution, working closely with our external software partner to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met.
- Blueprint Creation: Design and document system architecture, workflows, and technical blueprints.
- Hands-on Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance as needed.
- Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the key contact with our development partner, translating business needs into technical tasks.
- Product Alignment: Ensure technical solutions support product strategy and business goals.
- Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks early and maintain high standards for performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership, with project management experience (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Strong background in software architecture, APIs, and web-based platforms.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and align technical output with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with code reviews and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in automotive, supply chain, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
