Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst 2
· Location: Austin, TX (Local candidates only – In-person interview required)
· Experience: 4–7 years
· Visa: USC, GC, GC_EAD, H4_EAD, OPT_EAD

Key Responsibilities:
·      Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
·      Conduct gap analysis (current vs future state)
·      Collaborate with technical teams for system design and implementation
·      Support testing and validation of system functionality
·      Lead stakeholder meetings and provide project updates

Required Skills:
·      Strong experience in Business Analysis (requirements, documentation, testing)
·      Data analysis experience using Excel, Tableau/Power BI
·      Knowledge of SDLC and BABOK principles
·      Experience in process reengineering and workflow analysis
·      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
·      Power BI, Power Automate, and Jotform experience
·      Government project experience (Mandatory)

Project Overview:
The project involves redesigning and migrating an existing system (currently using Microsoft tools like Power Automate, Forms, Excel, and Power BI) to a new platform based on Jotform. You will play a key role in requirements gathering, workflow redesign, and ensuring smooth data integration between legacy and new systems.
