Technical Content Specialist

Amerit Consulting is seeking a Technical Content Specialist for one of their Fortune 250 client companies, a global leader in medical technology serving the Clinical Labs, Healthcare Research, and Pharmaceutical industries. This remote position is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong technical writing and IT expertise.

As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical, security, and IT-related content. Your role will support the US Region Sales and Health IT teams by providing technical responses to queries about MMS solutions including Alaris, Pyxis, and HealthSight platforms. This position requires someone who can manage multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally and adhering to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and information security teams to ensure security whitepapers are updated with product releases

• Create and manage technical content such as security documentation and RFPs

• Provide technical support related to MMS solutions

• Respond to technical questions from sales and HIT teams in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist with any additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Cloud experience or certification

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

• Technical IT training

• Project management experience

• Strong writing skills with the ability to distill technical information into clear, customer-facing content

• Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities

• Strong customer-centric approach
