Technical Implementation Analyst

Juvare, a leading SaaS provider of emergency preparedness and critical incident management solutions, is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst (Web Developer) to join their Client Experience team in the Washington, DC area. This full-time role involves hands-on front-end development and client collaboration to implement and customize Juvare’s flagship solutions, including WebEOC®, Unified Command Platform, and Juvare Exchange.

As part of the technical delivery team, you will be responsible for interpreting solution designs, writing and deploying code, testing APIs, and configuring process-driven platforms. You'll collaborate with solution architects, independently conduct client meetings, provide training, maintain technical documentation, and follow Agile practices. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that supports public sector agencies, healthcare systems, and other organizations in managing crisis events more effectively.

You’ll work with technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, Bootstrap, Microsoft SQL Server, and Git-based source control systems. Familiarity with security protocols (OWASP), CI/CD practices, and emergency management is expected. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and automated testing frameworks is also required.

Candidates must be U.S. persons (citizens or those eligible under EAR regulations) and either hold or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. A background in the U.S. Department of Defense is required. Preference will be given to those certified as a Professional WebEOC Administrator or those willing to achieve this certification within 12 months.
