We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer (L3) to provide onsite production support for enterprise data engineering platforms and work closely with offshore engineering/support teams.

• Offshore Team Coordination
⭐ Preferred: AWS/Databricks Certification, Airflow/MWAA, Step Functions, Lambda, ServiceNow/Jira experience.
Candidates should have strong customer-facing communication, ownership, problem-solving, and production support experience in large enterprise environments.
