As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide essential on-site technical support to key financial clients based in New York, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for both clients and internal employees. The role requires following structured escalation processes and managing customer frustrations with professionalism and empathy. You will also collaborate and communicate across multiple business units to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven technical support experience with Windows infrastructure and Microsoft products, including Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, JAMF, etc.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Competitive and resilient personality capable of remaining calm under pressure.

  • Ability to empathize, assert, and problem-solve effectively.

  • Strong technical acumen with Microsoft systems.

  • Desire to upskill and develop a progressive IT career.

  • Willingness to travel internationally (specifically to the UK) for initial training (all expenses covered).

  • Valid passport required for travel.
