Alamo Colleges District is seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Trainer II to join the ACCESS Office within Continuing Education. The selected individual will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and processes that serve industry, businesses, students, and other external and internal clients. This role demands a professional who can design, deliver, and manage technical training sessions, ensuring that learning objectives are met effectively while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical training, with a proven ability to adapt training materials to meet diverse needs. Responsibilities will include developing instructional content, coordinating training logistics, delivering sessions, assessing learning outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role may also involve managing classroom or on-the-job training environments, ensuring all programs meet quality and compliance standards.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Texas driver’s license (or eligibility to be insured by the organization’s insurers) will be given preference.
