ECLARO is currently seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for one of its prestigious clients — a leading mutual life insurance company headquartered in New York, NY. The client provides a broad range of services including long-term care insurance, mutual funds, and retirement plan solutions across the U.S.

This is a contract, on-site position with a competitive pay rate of $58.18/hour, where the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. From developing customized sourcing strategies to direct hiring and offer negotiations, the recruiter will handle up to 25 requisitions at a time and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, assessing candidates, consulting hiring managers, collaborating with HR Business Partners, and aligning recruiting efforts with diversity hiring initiatives. This role requires someone highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of utilizing data and reporting tools to measure recruitment effectiveness.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in recruiting for technical, strategy, and data-focused roles, particularly within competitive talent markets. Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Familiarity with modern technologies such as AI, cloud computing, data security, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong sourcing techniques, outstanding communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to diversity hiring.
