Technology Services Specialist

Are you a naturally curious person who likes to provide excellent customer service? If so, the Group Help team has an opportunity to join our team as a Technology Services Specialist. This position is in the Specialist band as an S3.

The Group Help team is part of Affinity Technology Solutions within Enterprise Technology. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing level 1 technical support for Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS) and Affinity Solutions systems. This includes researching issues to either resolve or escalate with the necessary information. This position supports both internal and external customers and works closely with many other technology teams.

What You Would Do In This Job
 

• Identify and resolve common and low/medium complexity issues related to technology devices and enterprise technology processes addressing primary team functions.
• Coordinate with appropriate business partners to mitigate performance risks and appropriately escalate operational exceptions as required.
• Develop solid understanding of EBS and Affinity Solutions systems and processes.
• Perform all required reporting requirements to effectively maintain and record accurate system inventory and activities.
• Develop and maintain system knowledge documentation.
