Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized and consultative customer experience to build trust and loyalty

• Perform daily banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and more

• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate referrals to branch staff

• Educate customers on digital banking tools and financial management resources

• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, operational standards, and compliance policies

• Participate in lobby engagement to promote PNC’s banking solutions and drive branch success

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal communication skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions

• Basic digital literacy and comfort using banking technology

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)

Qualifications:

• No formal degree or prior experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable

• Entry-level candidates, military veterans, and those with equivalent educational or vocational experience are encouraged to apply
