  • Microsoft Office Suites This position is located in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Escort contractors around CRM facilities for all types of facilities projects, IT projects, or any other special projects that can range from 1 hour to 8 hours a day
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors such as the move contractors or facilities contractors on the day of the move as well as the customers
  • Thoroughly understand the CRM buildings and locations of the project and details of the project that they are escorting
  • Flexible schedule to ensure present for projects that require escorting
  • Track and close out Facilities tickets related to move requests
  • Maintain inventory of furniture and/or track furniture that needs to be excessed or taken back to the warehouse
  • Physically assist with large mailroom deliveries consisting of IT equipment or large amounts of office supplies like paper and helping to bring them up to the appropriate suites from the mailroom
