Description:

To fill in on an as needed basis. Follow all laboratory procedures for specimen collection and process while adhering to quality control policies and procedures. Perform and document all instrument maintenance activities. Schedule workload that requires special patient preparation. Establish priorities among tasks to ensure laboratory tests are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively to ensure interdisciplinary team's awareness regarding individual’s status. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with composure. Responsible for QuantiFERON blood draws for new employees.

Licensed in the state of North Dakota as a clinical lab technician.

Must know the operations of computer, phone, fax machine, laboratory information system, copy machine and laboratory equipment.
