Territory Manager

 

Description:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for identifying the needs of both new and current customers to help them succeed using MatriDerm® products. The role involves building strong communication channels with clients and internal teams to understand and resolve any customer issues. This position requires client-facing skills and a proactive approach to account management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders supporting customer success.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.

  • Visit customers regularly to identify growth opportunities within the platform.

  • Manage and report on the health and status of customer accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in account management.

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
