Description:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for identifying the needs of both new and current customers to help them succeed using MatriDerm® products. The role involves building strong communication channels with clients and internal teams to understand and resolve any customer issues. This position requires client-facing skills and a proactive approach to account management.
Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders supporting customer success.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
Visit customers regularly to identify growth opportunities within the platform.
Manage and report on the health and status of customer accounts.
Prior experience in account management.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
