Description:

OSL Retail Services, a leading outsourced sales partner to North America's top Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for its Walmart Wireless division. This on-site role is based in Hampton, Virginia, and involves managing and driving sales across approximately four Walmart Wireless store locations.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, results-driven sales professional who leads from the front, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for customer service and team leadership. You will serve as the main point of contact at the store level, accountable for delivering sales success while creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales across 4 Walmart Wireless locations

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

  • Demonstrate expertise in OSL’s sales process and best practices

  • Lead by example, selling alongside team members to inspire and train

  • Efficiently manage your time and operations to maximize location profitability

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Stay current with product knowledge to offer accurate solutions to customers

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of proven retail or outside sales experience

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required

  • Possess a personal vehicle and ability to travel regularly to store locations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $20/hour, with uncapped commission and bonuses

  • Earn $26/hour or more by meeting performance targets

  • Total estimated annual income: $50000–$65000 USD (Monthly: $4166–$5416 USD)
