Territory Sales Manager

 

Description:

As a Construction Safety Specialist, you’ll be the face of our company in the field. This hybrid role blends technical knowledge with business development, allowing you to provide expert safety guidance while growing our client base across your assigned territory. Ideal candidates are both high-level communicators and passionate about workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors

· Build strong relationships with general contractors, safety managers, project leads, procurement teams, and our distributor partners

· Conduct on-site safety assessments, product demonstrations, and compliance consultations

· Promote and sell a full range of safety products, PPE, and services tailored to construction environments

· Stay up-to-date with OSHA regulations and industry best practices

· Achieve territory sales goals and report on pipeline and market trends

· Attend trade shows, safety summits, and industry events as a company representative

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, construction, safety, or related field

· Strong knowledge of construction site operations and occupational safety standards

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational habits

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

· CSP, CHST, or OSHA certification (a plus, but not required)
