Test Engineer I

Description:

The Test Engineer I creates and maintains application-specific software, hardware, and documentation as required to ensure the quality and integrity of products. This role ensures all elements of the applicable product specifications/requirements are tested and verified. The Test Engineer I performs tasks under supervision and guidance of experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Develop test plans, hardware, software, and documentation
• Assist with the design of specialized test equipment and development of operating procedures
• Operate test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
• Develop test tools and test scripts to perform automated testing
• Collect data and generate test reports
• Review test results, identify test failures, and report problems
• Improve the coverage, execution, and reliability of existing test solution
  
   

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 

• No experience is required. OR (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
