🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead QA teams in testing business-priority and regulatory projects.
Develop and implement QA strategies aligned with organizational risk management and control frameworks.
Oversee functional, system, and regression testing activities.
Perform risk analysis, identify control issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive remediation.
Collaborate with Technology, Business, Operations, and Program Management teams.
Develop comprehensive use cases, test cases, test plans, test scripts, and project documentation.
Review requirements, identify gaps, and assess testability and testing implications.
Conduct test case reviews, prepare test conditions, and execute test scripts.
Use Jira for test execution tracking, defect management, and issue resolution.
Coordinate defect triage and work closely with business analysts and development teams.
Manage QA resources and prioritize testing activities based on business needs.
Create dashboards and reports to communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
Manage stakeholder relationships and support control transformation initiatives.
 
🔹 Mandatory Skills
✅ Strong expertise in QA processes, methodologies, and testing frameworks
✅ Experience in financial services or banking technology
✅ Database experience with PostgreSQL, DB2/400, and SQL Server
✅ Programming knowledge in .NET, Python, HP 3000 COBOL, and VB.NET
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 
🔹 Preferred Skills
Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements.
Experience leading QA teams and managing complex projects.
Familiarity with messaging software and vendor products used in financial exchanges.
Experience designing dashboards for QA reporting and management visibility.
