By providing our therapists with needed support, you will ensure that the treatment environment is optimized for patient care. Positive communication and a strong interest in providing compassionate care enables you to use your unique abilities while working with a great team where you will be challenged and rewarded.

• Assist with direct patient care under the supervision and direction of a licensed clinical therapist.
• Ensures safety when assisting with exercise, therapy equipment, transfers and mobility.
• Demonstrates appropriate body mechanics for personal safety and injury prevention.
• Manages the daily flow in the department. Anticipates the patient and staff needs and offers help appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous professional and/or volunteer experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with working with various machines and equipment such as a whirlpool bath, exercise bikes, paraffin bath, hydro collator, wheelchairs and other therapy-related equipment.
