👨🏻 💼 Your Role: Mid–Senior Level Real Estate Associate Attorney

• Take immediate ownership of complex real estate transactions.

• Collaborate on sophisticated deals with institutional and private equity-backed clients.

• Handle purchase/sale agreements, leasing, finance, and JV structuring.

• Serve as outside general counsel to luxury hospitality brands.

📍 Location:

• Santa Monica / Westwood (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in office)

💼 Requirements:

• 7–10 years of transactional real estate experience (ideally big firm trained).

• Experience with joint ventures, leasing, and financing strongly preferred.

• No history of frequent moves (no more than 4–5 firms in the past decade).

• Work independently—no training bandwidth, so strong prior experience is essential.
