Traveling Superintendent

Cyber Coders is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage and oversee commercial and retail construction projects across multiple locations. This full-time, hybrid position involves significant travel and requires a leader with strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects, especially in the convenience store and fuel (gas station) sector, and will play a crucial role in coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining project quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities across various project locations.

• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures to comply with building regulations and safety protocols.

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for management review.

• Enforce and maintain a safe working environment by implementing robust safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role in commercial ground-up construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Preferred background in convenience store and fuel/gas station construction.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
