Treatment Care Coordinator

Description:

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our Henderson, NV dental team. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating positive patient experiences by delivering exceptional service using our G3 approach: Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greeting: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patients, ensuring every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive.

• Guiding: Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification, scheduling appointments, and explaining treatment options. Guide them through their visit with professionalism and care.

• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing our practice and maintain a respectful, positive attitude in all interactions.

• Coordinate financial arrangements for treatment plans, helping patients understand payment options.

• Maintain accurate records and support smooth operational flow within the practice.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of related experience in a dental or healthcare environment.

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $19 – $22.
