Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to provide top-tier estate planning and trust services to a diverse client base, including middle market and institutional clients, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Engage in sophisticated tax and estate planning matters, developing strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Draft and review complex legal documents including wills, trusts, and related agreements.
- Advise clients on a variety of matters including asset protection, business succession planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Stay informed on current laws and regulations affecting estate planning and trusts, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Corporate/transactional experience, with a focus on tax and estate planning.
- Membership in the Florida Bar is required.
- L.L.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning.
- Strong academic credentials, with excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
