Khaya Infotech is actively seeking a highly experienced and innovative UI Architect with deep expertise in React Native to join its technology team in New York. This role is best suited for a seasoned front-end/UI professional who has demonstrated the ability to lead architecture design and implementation of high-performance, scalable, and visually stunning mobile and web applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the technical vision, architecture roadmap, and best practices for React Native-based applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and modern user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable and high-performance UI solutions using React Native across mobile and web platforms.

• Lead end-to-end technical design, code reviews, and integration processes.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver consistent and maintainable UI components.

• Apply performance optimization techniques for native mobile apps, ensuring smooth rendering, responsiveness, and memory efficiency.

• Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards and architectural frameworks across UI projects.

Requirements:

• 15 to 18 years of experience in front-end/UI development, with a proven track record in enterprise-grade applications.

• Advanced hands-on expertise in React Native, including deep architectural knowledge and mobile app development.

• Proficiency in UI performance optimization, scalable design, and component-driven architecture.

• Solid understanding of native app development lifecycles, mobile limitations, and integration patterns.

• Must be local to New York and possess a valid U.S. driver's license.

• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
