Description:

We’re looking for a UX Data Analyst/Architect to be a part of our Innovation & Design team. This role will focus on analyzing, architecting, and managing data systems to support immersive training products, user insights, and product optimization. Your expertise in data analytics, visualization, and infrastructure design will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products, helping us understand and adapt to user requirements at scale.

 

Your interest in Extended Reality (XR) and data-driven insights will complement our multidisciplinary team. You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment with the opportunity to work on a variety of hardware devices and innovative technological solutions.

 

Who you are

  • Skilled in data analysis and architecture, with the ability to design scalable data systems that support immersive applications.
  • Skilled at synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations to inform product and UX design decisions.
  • Proficient in studying user behaviors, needs, and motivations, with a passion for delivering data-driven insights that enhance user experiences.
  • Proficient in studying user interactions through usability testing, surveys, analytics, and other research methodologies.
  • Passionate about optimizing learning in virtual and physical environments by combining user-centered research with advanced data insights.
  • Experienced working with XR products and understand the intersection of user experience, data analytics, and the customer journey.
  • Aware of trends in UX research, data analytics, and emerging technologies, particularly in XR and spatial computing.
  • Possess strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, translating research and data findings into solutions that align with product goals.
  • Possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present complex data and research findings in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Skilled at problem solving and combining cutting-edge innovation with a pragmatic approach to drive adoption and ease of use.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures to support immersive XR applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, behaviors, and insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate data findings into actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to provide clear insights into user behavior and system performance.
  • Integrate and manage analytics systems to monitor the performance of XR applications in real time.
  • Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for success.
  • Use machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize user experiences and product functionality.
  • Research and evaluate emerging data technologies to improve analytics capabilities and system efficiency.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all systems.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation.

 

Skills

  • Strong experience with data analysis tools and visualization platforms.
  • Proficiency in database design, management, and querying.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data architecture.
  • Familiarity with analytics frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
