Storm4 is partnered with a leading clean energy solutions provider that is transforming how commercial buildings consume and manage energy. With a focus on intelligent building controls and real-time energy optimization, this company empowers businesses to achieve sustainability goals while reducing operational costs.
They are looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to drive strategic growth across key national accounts and large commercial portfolios. This is a remote role based in the United States, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the enterprise sales strategy focused on national accounts in retail, QSR, grocery, and other large commercial sectors
- Build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team with a strong hunter mindset
- Develop deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders across key accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing to align on customer needs and go-to-market
- Manage complex sales cycles and guide prospects from initial discovery through contracting and implementation
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through CRM and sales tools
- Serve as a key voice in pricing, packaging, and growth strategy discussions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 5 in enterprise or strategic sales leadership
- Proven track record selling into large commercial customers in sectors such as retail, grocery, QSR, or logistics
- Experience with energy efficiency, building technology, or ESG/sustainability solutions preferred
- Strong understanding of how to sell value in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and deal execution skills
- Data-driven, with strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline
