Description:
Broadridge, a leading provider of financial technology solutions, is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Sales to join its expanding team in New York. This hybrid role offers flexible working options and an opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions across the buy-side community, particularly targeting hedge funds and private credit firms.
As VP, Sales, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key role in driving revenue through strategic client engagement and solution-based selling. You will work closely with internal teams including Product Specialists, Sales Engineers, and Services to deliver a complete and compelling value proposition to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic territory and account-based sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closing, including qualification, executive presentations, ROI/business case development, proposal, and contract negotiations.
Consistently build and manage a robust pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual targets are met.
Leverage your existing industry network to identify new opportunities and build long-term relationships.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Broadridge's software and services portfolio and stay current with competitive offerings.
Navigate complex organizational structures to influence decision-making at the C-level.
Provide accurate revenue forecasting and CRM updates.
Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
10+ years selling fintech SaaS products into private markets (hedge funds, private credit, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic relationships and communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the investment technology landscape.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary between $160,000 – $180,000 per year, bonus eligible.
