We are excited about adding a vibrant, new Virtual Office Assistant to our team that will work remotely!

Ideally, our VOA would volunteer 10-12 hours a week, on days between Monday and Saturday that you agree to. This is an ongoing volunteer opportunity. You would help administrate and implement assigned tasks while learning more about the non-profit industry - so being able to stay organized, multi-task and provide consistent and grammatically correct communication in a professional manner is a super-plus. We like to laugh and enjoy anything we do so you’d be in good company! Our team lead will train you and always be accessible if you need help.

Your task would include

Assisting with answering agency phone line

Assisting with initiating and replying to emails

Advocating for agency program support

Social media marketing and more based on your unique skills set and interest.
