GS2 | B Corp™, a market-leading Renewable Energy Infrastructure company, is looking for an accomplished Vice President (VP) of Operations and Maintenance to lead operations across a multi-gigawatt portfolio of Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) throughout North America. This role is pivotal for the company’s continued expansion and long-term profitability, with significant leadership, ownership, and strategic execution responsibilities.

As the VP of O&M, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be trusted to drive operational excellence, profitability, and efficiency across a geographically dispersed asset fleet. You will also own the O&M strategy, oversee a multimillion-dollar OPEX budget, and be responsible for delivering world-class performance across all operational parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize O&M functions across a diverse North American portfolio of renewable assets (solar, wind, BESS).

• Take full ownership of the operational P&L and OPEX budgeting.

• Strategize and implement high-level initiatives for safety, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

• Build and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed operations team.

• Ensure asset-level profitability and data-driven performance monitoring.

• Align operational strategy with broader business objectives for sustainable growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Senior-level professional from an IPP, utility, or OEM background, specifically with utility-scale renewable asset operations experience.

• Proven leadership as a Director of O&M or higher, with autonomy over large-scale energy portfolios.

• Commercial acumen with strong financial, strategic, and analytical thinking.

• Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse, and high-performance technical teams.

• Comfortable operating independently in a high-impact, executive-level role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Executive base salary of $18750 to $20833 per month.
