• Navy Seal/Olympic Games type caliber. Must be proven with delivering on goals/objectives within aggressive deadlines.
• Must have a strong current network with the funding community and with big pharma.
• MD, PhD required

· Major Deal & Financing Transaction success track record within the biotech/pharma industry.

• Proven with building major shareholder value for shareholders.

· Must have a deal sheet showing a track record of closing major out-licensing deals, financing or product sales.

· Business savvy with a strong grasp of business strategy, functions, markets and risks

· Ability to work independently and perform multiple concurrent and diversified tasks
