The Role:

• Lead a team of 4 in the external SEC Reporting group to include the preparation of Quarterly and Annual Reports on Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• Lead a team of four employees
• Strong Technical Accounting knowledge keeping compliant with GAAP
• Present results at quarterly financial results meeting to executive team
• Manage the Company’s process for SOX compliance, including updating and maintaining internal control policies and procedures documentation and coordinating with both outsourced internal audit provider and external auditor

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA License
• Big 4 accounting experience is required
• A minimum of 10+ years of related experience & supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and SEC financial reporting
• Technical Accounting knowledge
