DailyPay, a leading worktech company revolutionizing how employees access earned wages, is hiring a VP of Strategic Partnerships to drive growth and success of its Earned Wage Access (EWA) product through strategic partnerships with HCM technology providers.

This critical leadership role involves expanding and deepening partnerships across HRIS, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and time & attendance platforms. The VP will lead a team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, optimize partner engagement, and maximize revenue generation across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Channel Directors and Partner Managers to establish and execute the HCM ecosystem strategy, collaborating closely with product, marketing, business development, and sales teams

  • Expand and deepen HCM technology partnerships by increasing referring contacts, upgrading referral partners to fully embedded integrations, and driving co-innovation opportunities

  • Drive revenue growth by increasing qualified opportunities from partner channels and executing joint go-to-market campaigns with partner marketing and sales teams

  • Develop scalable playbooks to streamline onboarding, enablement, and growth strategies across partner tiers

  • Monitor and analyze partnership KPIs and provide insights for continuous optimization

  • Collaborate with channel marketing and enablement teams to develop co-branded campaigns, training, certification, and enablement resources

  • Identify and cultivate new business development opportunities within the HCM ecosystem, converting high-value partners into exclusive agreements

Candidate Profile:

  • 12+ years of experience in partner management, go-to-market execution, and scaling B2B technology partnerships

  • Deep expertise in HCM technology ecosystems, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and time & attendance providers

  • Proven track record in driving significant revenue growth through partner channels

  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop training and enablement resources

  • Sales acumen and understanding of sales processes
