The Vyndamax US HCP Marketing Director is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, agile, and science-loving individual to lead marketing initiatives at a crucial time for a Pfizer priority brand. This role will play a vital part in maintaining Vyndamax’s position as first-line therapy and driving its continued growth in an increasingly competitive environment. The HCP Marketing Director will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact competitive HCP marketing initiatives. They will work closely with cross-functional partners to translate scientific data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into innovative tactics.
This role will report to the Vyndamax HCP Competitive and Field Force Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop field-facing marketing materials, with a focus on maintaining Vyndamax’s leadership position as first-line therapy and preventing switches to other ATTR-CM treatments
- Lead new competitive marketing pieces e.g., digital sales presentation and HCP campaign
- Evaluate new Vyndamax data for promotion, leading any RC/BURC CFL discussions
- Innovate new HCP marketing strategies to meet brand needs in a dynamic competitive environment
- Leverage market research and analytics to inform tactics, ensuring decisions are grounded in actionable insights
- Partner with the sales team to gather feedback and implement recommendations. Lead competitive field-based strategy team.
- Lead national sales meetings

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including medical, the RC team, analytics, and customer-facing colleagues, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
- Foster a collaborative agency partnership, oversee project timelines, and manage budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Exhibit agility in navigating unknowns and executing under demanding timelines in a fast-paced, competitive setting
- Maintain a patient-centered approach to all marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with Pfizer’s commitment to improving patients’ lives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or strategic consulting industries.
- Previous experience in US marketing, with a proven track record of success in highly competitive markets.
- Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to execute in the face of ambiguity or change, take accountability for business challenges, think strategically, and tackle complex problems.
- Effective listening and communication skills – gathers input from key stakeholders and gains alignment.
