Description:
Zebra Technologies is looking for a Warehouse Associate II to perform physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of merchandise, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is on-site at Greenville, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments.
Stage and pack outbound shipments following site policies.
Execute ERP system transactions for shipments.
Update Freight Management System (FMS) for parcel and freight shipments.
Use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Handle hazardous materials inbound and outbound safely.
Comply with 5S safety and housekeeping practices and regulations.
Complete all required safety training and follow protocols.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks.
Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
Certification on powered industrial trucks including work assist vehicle (WAV), off-the-ground order picker (up to 35’), reach truck, dock stocker, and powered pallet jacks.
Manage repair RMAs, receiving and shipment issues within repair systems.
Develop familiarity with products, processes, operational metrics, and software tools.
Follow work instructions according to productivity and quality standards.
Provide input for continuous improvement and process standardization.
Resolve basic problems under direct supervision and perform rudimentary analysis.
Evaluate and maintain equipment and create expense orders for internal repairs.
Service customer products including troubleshooting, repair history review, and contract entitlement.
Create work instructions, check sheets, and process documentation.
Train associates on basic assignments and share knowledge.
May obtain certification as an emergency responder or other safety training.
Ensure full compliance with ISO requirements and audits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or GED required.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
Effective communication skills.
Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, and ERP systems.
Proficient with desktop usage and basic math skills.
Ability to read a ruler.
Previous standup forklift operation experience is a plus.
