Warehouse Helper

Description:

Phoenix Industrial, Inc., part of MasTec and a leader in power and industrial construction, is seeking a Warehouse Helper III to support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role emphasizes safety, organization, and accuracy while supporting construction projects in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Inspect equipment leaving the warehouse and assist with inventory management

• Track tools and rigging coming in and out of the facility

• Interpret specifications and work orders

• Requisition, obtain, and distribute supplies and materials

• Assist with reporting, problem resolution, and general warehouse tasks

• Perform physical work up to 12-hour shifts in varying environmental conditions

• Follow all health, safety, and project-specific regulations

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project regulations

• Ability to compute basic numbers, read scales, and use simple fractions

• Physical stamina for lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights

• Proficiency in one or more craft areas; basic construction knowledge preferred

• Ability to follow directions and use necessary tools

• Minimum age: 18 years
