Warehouse Team Lead

Description:

The Warehouse Team Lead reports to a Manager, and has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of their assigned area. You will work Monday- Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $21.00 per hour with a full benefits package.

Your Responsibilities

You will make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to establish goals and improve operations

• Operate material handling equipment
• Direct the activities of warehouse associates
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends
