As the Investment Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s daily operational needs, ensuring seamless account administration, efficient money movement, and smooth onboarding for new clients. This position is ideal for a professional who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, client-first approach.
Coordinate and manage new account openings and client onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Handle client distributions, including ACH transactions, wire transfers, and check requests, while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and security protocols.
Oversee and monitor money movement activities, such as contributions, transfers, and rollovers, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Collaborate closely with advisors and service teams to provide consistent, high-quality operational support for client accounts.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in special projects and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and the overall client experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, providing responsive and professional support to clients and team members.
Prior experience in the financial services or investment management industry is preferred (particularly in operations, client service, or administrative roles).
Solid understanding of investment account structures, custodians, and money movement processes.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in all client interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or portfolio management software is a plus.
