Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships through networking and personalized portfolio management. Engage clients regularly to track financial progress and provide strategic updates.
Financial Strategy Development: Develop tailored financial strategies based on clients' needs, goals, and risk tolerance. Offer informed recommendations and clear financial planning guidance.
Product & Service Consultation: Guide clients on a wide range of investment and insurance products suited to their financial situations.
Work Environment: On-site presence required with a flexible schedule that supports productivity and work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): Comprehensive 120-day hands-on training program

Professional Designations Support: Encouraged and supported toward CFP®, ChFC®, and Holistic Financial Coach certifications
Leadership Opportunities: Access to Leadership Development School for those interested in management roles
Compensation & Benefits:
Sign-On Payment: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement and completing licensing milestones within 120 days
Stable Pay: $34,500 annually during the first 24 months post-PEP (based on 40-hour workweeks)
Additional Earnings: Eligibility for commission and performance-based bonuses
