Web Designer Lead

job summary:
This is an opportunity to develop a capability that delivers analytics and business intelligence capabilities across the enterprise. You'll work with data leaders to understand vision and goal of the capability to support the creation of a new user experience and web application. You'll lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design. You will work with the development team to ensure consistency and system integration and to deploy the application. May develop and assess web site usage and security.
 

responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate design concepts across different audiences and varying levels within an organization

• Ability to demonstrate visual design expertise

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatibility issues

• Experience with UX and user-centered design

• Experience with responsive design

• Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-based environment
