Its residential portfolio currently includes luxury communities such as The Waycroft, Park Van Ness, The Kennedy-Warren, Lyon Place, and The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter, with Hampden House set to open in 2025. The company takes pride in delivering a superior level of customer service to ensure complete resident satisfaction.

The company is now seeking a Part-Time Weekend Concierge for its new Hampden House property in Bethesda, MD. This position plays a critical role in shaping the first impression of residents, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a warm, safe, and professional environment. The Concierge will report to the General Manager and work Saturday–Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is personable, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a luxury residential community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents, guests, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor.

  • Ensure only authorized individuals enter the property.

  • Manage multiple phone lines, directing calls appropriately.

  • Respond to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns with efficiency and courtesy.

  • Maintain a professional image while upholding the company’s customer service standards.

  • Provide assistance with resident mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Support front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.

  • Knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and occasionally sit, climb stairs, stoop, or bend.

  • Strong communication and hearing ability to interact effectively with residents and guests.
