Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all stages of workers’ compensation cases, including hearings, depositions, settlement negotiations, and appeals.

  • Conduct legal research, draft petitions, and develop case strategies that align with client objectives.

  • Work with PQME panels, AME exams, MPN searches, and hearings to achieve favorable outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and dedicated representation.

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals in a supportive and high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California.

  • Experience handling workers’ compensation cases, with specific knowledge of PQME, AME, and MPN procedures.

  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and pursuing justice for injured workers.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100000 to $250000 annually (approx. $8333 – $20833 monthly).
