Workforce Business Development Coordinator

 

Description:

The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for connecting with employer partners to evaluate training needs and provide administrative assistance with the Skill Advance Grants and or customized training solutions at ACC. The Coordinator will engage in employer outreach, conduct employer needs assessments, and provide training solutions that are offered through ACC’s Workforce and Community Programs Department or through third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
  • Experience with employer engagement and grant management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Event management experience.
