As a Workplace Strategist at Fiserv, you will utilize your expertise in data analysis and strategic planning to drive improvements in workplace technology and space utilization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and align workplace strategies with Fiserv’s goals, using data-driven insights to make efficient and impactful decisions.
What You Will Do
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights to decision-makers through engaging visual formats such as graphs, charts, and interactive dashboards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their operational needs and develop workplace technology tools that enhance strategic goals, including headcount and occupancy analytics.
- Collaborate with business units to assess site utilization and workforce patterns, identifying trends and potential issues for optimization.
- Utilize PostgreSQL databases to store and maintain data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Develop and implement Python scripts for data maintenance, analysis, and visualization, enabling efficient data workflows.
- Engage in data-driven decision-making processes, providing insights that support Fiserv's financial objectives and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with Corporate Services to drive strategic space planning initiatives, enhancing workspace utilization and performance.
- Assist in the development of concise, measurable goals around the future state of workplace strategies that consider both short-term and long-term objectives.
What You Will Need To Have
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis utilizing PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience developing and implementing Python scripts for data workflows.
- Experience in utilizing Microsoft Power BI, including advanced DAX, Row-Level Security (RLS) protocols, and advanced visualization techniques.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and provide insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
